Sacred Yoga with Sound Healing – New five-week semester
New semester of five classes begins , May 14 – June 11, $75
Mondays, 7-8:15 pm with Judy. Registration required.
This all-level class is meant for us to open and embody sacred energy. Includes postures, meditation, sound healing with Judy’s crystal bowls. Each class participants receive one of the Foundation Rites of the Munay-Ki, followed by sacred ceremony. The Foundation Rites include The Healer’s Rite, the Seers Rite, the Harmony Rite and the Bands of Protection. One evening will include sacred divination. Judy is a professional level Kripalu Yoga teacher. Call to enter as a walk-in ($18) if there is space.
Full Moon RYSE – Group Energy Clearing (Just walk in)

This is Level 1 RYSE – a prerequisite for Level 2 and above. Everyone loves this group clearing, which Judy has been offering for 8 years.
RYSE means Realizing Your Sublime Energies. It clears the chakras, aura, male/female balance and more. RYSE brings about your next level of harmony, health and wholeness. Experience the difference when your energy systems is clear! Expect to feel more peaceful, balanced, present and joyful.

This is for anyone who has received RYSE Levels 1-3B either privately, in the current group series, or in a workshop. It’s always great to repeat!
RYSE 4 evolves each aspect of your energy system to its fullest, brings in the highest archetypal energy of your inner male and female, supplies an energetic solution system for your energy, and initiates you into the hologram of your soul’s blueprint of perfection. This program includes Powerpoint presentation and experiential exercises as well as the 45-minute clearing.

Create 5×8 cards using Judy’s stash of great images from magazines, books, calendars. Express your soul….your longings, inner aspects of yourself, qualities of your life’s journey and more. Honor your “shadow” sides to bring hidden aspects of you to light. A journaling exercise allows you to take on the “voice” of the card, to reveal its deeper meanings to you. We also use the cards for divination, asking a question and selecting a card from someone else’s upside-down deck. Your answer is in there somewhere! This class is held with background music and plenty of amazing images. All materials supplied.
